Why we created AKAD.
AKAD started from a simple frustration: personal data is constantly collected, copied, and traded — often without clear consent, visibility, or control.
People are expected to “accept” privacy policies they can’t realistically read, while companies build value on top of information that doesn’t belong to them.
We realized something important:
if individuals could access and control their own data, an entirely new world becomes possible :
Safer systems, better trust, and new kinds of services built with permission, rather than simply extraction.
That’s why we started AKAD.
